I am torn up by the roots and lie prostrate on the earth!
There, and prostrate there, I most unfeignedly recognize the devine justice,
and in some degree submit to it. But whilst I humble myself before God, I do
not know that it is forbidden to repel the attacks of unjust and inconsiderate
men.

To be held in contempt and
terrorized by such an illustrious speaker of the dreary language of
totalitarian socialism as yourself and your antinomian apostles of limitless
individual freedom and limiting egalitarianism (all part of a mystical progress
of incoherence) is truly an honor to which my family never aspired. To be
declared the enemy of rampant irrationality humbles me with ineffable
gratitude. Only those of your esteemed rank and competence could have brought
us to this unforeseen position whereby we stand in defense of our country and a
glorious classical liberalism. Graecia
capta ferum victorem cepit.[ii]
In a formidable and very successful
attempt to bring chaos to national principles and objective value, thus the
nation and our very humanity, you and those of your elite caste who loath the
traditional form of American government have through the decades abandoned our
political inheritance in favor of a sui generis totalitarian socialism the net
effect of which has been the destabilization and consequent domination of
culture and society. Respecting no principle of variety and hence feeling no
“affection for the proliferating intricacy of long established social institutions
and modes of life, as distinguished from the narrowing uniformity and deadening
egalitarianism of radical systems”[iii]
you and yours have kicked up your heels and obstreperously declaimed your
commitment to the latter and undisguised enmity for the former. Independence
(Freedom) has thus been abandoned for a factitious government offer of security
(when a power commands the means of security it can command the surrender of
those dependent), powerful interests supplant the interests of the community,
and everyday government is further removed from the influence of the people. In
the end, "...the authority of the people, the sole foundation on which the
Union rests...liberty, the great end for which the Union was formed...the
limited republican system of government, the means provided by that authority,
for the attainment of that end,”[iv]
and an Equal Justice and Integrity of Truth have become foreign to the national
cognizance.
Sheltered by its inspired terror
government in its malevolence has joined in cultural symbiosis with those who
would use liberty as an excuse for the radical individualists sic volo sic
jubeo. Nevertheless, since some people are stronger than other people the
result is a tyrannical caste system. Thus the citizenry including my family have
been deemed to be mere playthings penned up by design for the merciless
pleasures of the powerful (in and out of government) and consistent with the
flagrant government disregard for rationality, innocence or moral order they
have even attacked collateral institutions and people here in Montana, all of them innocent. Moreover, since the various technologies that pervade our
society can be accessed illegitimately organized criminals can be
recruited to act with malice on individuals in the government’s stead. They can
of course return to the pens at their leisure. The preamble to the Constitution
is hortatory, let it be so:
We the People of the United States in Order to form a
more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for
the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of
Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this
Constitution for the United States of America.[v]
The FBI has been generous to a fault
in sharing information with me over the years. They must in time be
appropriately thanked. Until then however some of this behavior puzzles me and
requires an explanation. Why would our government make me the recipient of
compromising information it has gathered regarding highly placed individuals in
England, France and Russia? Furthermore, why then would they attempt to make it
known that they had done this?
The Constitution of the United
States of America
Article. III. Section 3. Treason
against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or
in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be
convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt
Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.[vi]
