The attached letter was sent to your fellow members from Montana because of their dereliction and is being sent to you for the same reason. Please consider everything said of them in the letter to the President dated 8/17/2013 as applicable, in my opinion, to yourselves.

Dear Sirs,

Be informed: In the letter to the President dated 8/17/2013 your failure to meet the claim on your honor to defend our Republic was characterized with harsh though veridical language and thus you have earned no better.

It has been said that it is not the size of the dog in a fight that matters but the size of the fight in the dog. Judging by this criterion you do appear to have been neutered.

Obviously this is not a kumbaya missive. Your fraternity is not desired. This is a claim on your honor.

The letter dated 8/18/2013 was sent via the Washington Senators websites on the same day with a request to pass along copies to the Representatives due to my lack access on their websites my mailings to House and Senate email addresses were of course blocked long ago. ls


Addendum: [9/19/2013. The original document, written on U.S. Department of Justice/Federal Bureau of Investigation letterhead, dated November 3, 2010  and signed by Elizabeth R. Beers, Section Chief, Office of Congressional Affairs, was a denial of any FBI involvement in the "investigation" of the Swartos family and can be seen at Swartosblog.blogspot.com as an addendum to the letter dated August 18, 2013 (for technical reasons it would not copy to this site). This was in response to a September 17, 2010 inquiry by the office of the Honorable Denny Rehberg.]
