The President of the United States
The White House
1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW
Washington DC 20500
Dear Mr. President,
During a hot Philadelphia summer in 1787 fifty five exceptional men from twelve states (Rhode Island declined) labored in the Pennsylvania State House to create a document that would not only unite the states but, unbeknown to them, would ultimately change our world. This was not easily accomplished. Challenges were formidable. Their strength was taxed. But diligence triumphed and a miracle took form. In grace our Constitution was born and in a newly united republic freedom bloomed. This was their legacy.
Now as we continue our national journey for the sake of duty it behooves me to direct your attention to the utter lack of Constitutional integrity imposed on the nation by mere scoundrels. The liberties secured by the Constitution are an ambit of which government cannot do violence without sacrificing it's legitimacy. The spurious almost quarter century investigation of the Swartos family is one example; a deliberate contravention of law by an agency with delusions of imperium has lead to shattered Constitutional limits and thus annulled freedoms.
The effect of Constitution and statute is dependant on the fidelity of those whose duty is to support them. Consequently the law has been predictably transmogrified into something more akin to the law of the jungle by a recreant government that furthermore has been internally subverted by terrorists law enforcement refuses to acknowledge much less challenge. As a result accessible organized national criminal networks turn toddlers into commercial sex. Government uses it's influence with organized crime for the purpose of murdering innocent Americans. Government knowingly partners with businesses funded by organized crime and intimate members of international terror organizations run for high office.
In September when the convention rose the delegates had accomplished what was later described by George Washington and James Madison as a miracle. The nation now requires another. Our wounds have been inflicted from within. Therefore this is not an evil that will be fought in distant lands by the country's military while the many enjoy the comfort of home. It is hoped history will record that again freedom bloomed and bore the fruit of triumph. This would be an honorable legacy.
Sincerely,
Lynn Swartos
