A CULTURAL PREFERENCE

Dear Mr. President,

This pseudo investigation started when my daughter was seven years old. Now five presidents later the governments perfidy in consistent and overwhelming. Government so easily makes the innocent into criminals, sending troops to war and when they come home putting them on terrorist watch lists, deliberately plotting the destruction of the innocent such as my family while hiding their crimes behind the "law". At the same time government steadfastly avoids the terrorists among us, never daring to pursue those who ordered the rape of a child for terrorist purposes, never daring to pursue those of whom they have pictures raping mere babes, never daring to utter so much as a squeak of protest when terrorists are flagrantly proclaimed as murderers of United States presidents and certainly never daring to terminate an "investigation" that continues not for the purpose of indicting me or any member of my family as a criminal but to protect large numbers of federal employees from indictment and subsequently going to jail for the rest of their lives.

When this atrocity was started by the FBI almost a quarter century ago in Yakima Washington the federal government easily forced it's way into our lives. We were, like so many Americans, defenseless. However had any objective assessment been made it would have been obvious that unless working and living was a crime we provided no reason to be investigated. The only guilt we suffered was that of being naive and unsophisticated (I complained about the investigation at a Yakima city council meeting) however that is not criminal and does not justify their deliberately targeting us for destruction. Nor does it justify the rest of governments recreance while the FBI according to their own records, to this day, executes their nefarious plots to harm us.

One such plot has recently been launched by the FBI here in Phoenix Arizona. In an effort to accommodate them I have very generously made myself available for two extra days before leaving for Oregon.

If the FBI has a blind spot it is cultural. In civilian society entitlements of one sort or another seem to be paramount. In Army culture it is always service to Duty Honor and Country. For the knaves that would twist that thought this is not a claim of membership. It is however a cultural preference.
