Dear Mr. President,
Almost two and a half decades ago in Yakima Washington the FBI in a fit of onanistic depravity, illegally planned and then as now executed their plans to harm my family. Therefore, if the premise of the illegitimacy of their actions is accepted (it is a matter of record) they like any other criminal must be held accountable.
It has been asserted that America is a nation under the rule of law. However that concept can be illusory. The FBI has proven that state and federal statutes are easily circumvented, as a result attempts to harm us have been numerous the wounds many. State and federal law has not been a deterrent.
Even the Constitution is not sacrosanct. Robert Bork in his book The Tempting of America tells of his experience at a constitutional law seminar where during the discussion, his view of the Constitution as law was castigated. "A well known Harvard law professor turned to me with some exasperation and said, "Your notion that the Constitution is in some sense law must rest upon an obscure philosophic principle with which I am unfamiliar". Moreover, Mr. Bork writes, "That attitude is common among our constitutional philosophers".
The inimical sentiment that the Constitution is not law seems to inform FBI leadership. Perhaps in consequence of that deformation the Constitution has not been a deterrent.
Edmund Burke said "Men are qualified for civil liberty in exact proportion to their disposition to put moral chains upon their own appetites". As has been limpidly shown in this and previous letters FBI leaders and the government they represent are neither bound by morality nor law. A peripty is required and would have obvious benefits. Criminals who commit the currently ineffable such as the international terrorists who ordered the gang rape of a little girl in a church parking lot , the prominent federal officials who rape toddlers, the homosexual terrorists who gang raped a young woman because she happened to disagree with them, and the international terrorists who's involvement in the murder of a United States President is trumpeted in a book available to the public would actually be at risk of prosecution.
This an attempt to persuade you to action in awakening America to the subversion of our law and liberty. And this is for those nobles, known and unknown, who have come to their end in service to this country and now rely on posterity to defend freedom against betrayal. Honor issues her call, this is now our duty.
