GOVERNMENT IN SECRET NOT SO SECRETLY FAILING TO KEEP THEIR STORIES STRAIGHT #2 (this is the flyer that was handed out in Helena MT)

For what is now approaching a quarter century my family and I have had to endure one of the FBI secret investigations. None of us has committed any crime. I gave a letter regarding this to Denny Rehbergs office in Billings on 7/13/2009. His state director Dustin Frost said he would give it to the attorney general.

1/2011 I called attorney general Steve Bullocks office in Helena to track down what they had done with the letter. First they said they had received it (they retrieved from their records the date the letter came in on) then during a subsequent phone call denied it.

I then called Linda Price at Denny Rehbergs office in Billings 1/25/2011.  She said Frost had been contacted and that he had said he had given the letter to the FBI. I have since called and emailed him in an attempt to verify this. He has not replied.

Rehberg and Bullock both seem determined not to say anything. Government in secret is not what the framers of the constitution had in mind. This is nothing more than government terrorism directed at a group of people the government perceive as defenseless. And so we are.

Recently the Montana Department of Justice chief of staff Tim Burton voice mailed me (6/20/2011) to say he would like to talk to me about the concerns expressed in this flier. I told him when he came to see me the next day that to prevent misunderstandings there would have to be a court reporter at any meeting we might have. He has refused.
