To whom it may concern,
For almost a quarter century the federal government through the FBI have deliberately broken the law by launching a pseudo criminal investigation (campaign of terror) against the Swartos family. This was urged for reasons more infantile than cogent by a local businessman in Yakima Washington. Unfortunately, since he is now deceased, those reasons are only available through the FBI agents he spoke to and their records. However, we can be certain breaking the law was intentional on the part of the FBI because they knew from the beginning and through the decades that followed none of us had committed any crime. They have instead made their own law. If they do not continue making their own law they go to jail.
The law according to the FBI says they can force a family to separate and then terrorize them at will. Children included. For over twelve years now I have not allowed myself to see or talk to my daughter Ashley. From my experience with them and their reputation for gratuitous violence and deceit the FBI is too dangerous to give them the slightest excuse to consider Ashley a part of this travesty. In spite of our separation according to FBI records she is still, according to the United States government, a target. Ashley was seven years old when this started. Terror is obviously part of their arsenal.
I gave a letter regarding this sham investigation to Congressman Denny Rehbergs office in Billings Montana on 7/13/2009. His then state director Dustin Frost said he would give it to the attorney general. 1/2011 I called attorney general Steve Bullocks office in Helena to track down what they had done with the letter. First they said they had received it (they retrieved from their records the date the letter came in on) then they during a subsequent phone call denied it. I then called Linda Price at Rehbergs office in Billings on 1/25/2011. She said Frost had been contacted and that he had said he had given the letter to the FBI. I have since called and emailed him in an attempt to verify this. He has not replied. These people are contradicting themselves and each other. Contradictory statements cannot both at the same time be true. Therefore these people are volitionally lying. Recently (6/20/2011) Bullocks chief of staff Tim Burton voice mailed me about a flier on the subject of this false investigation and Rehberg and Bullocks lack of veracity that I had been handing out at the capitol building in Helena. I told him the next day there would have to be a court reporter at any meeting we might have. He has refused.
Also, it has come to my attention that Rehbergs current state director Randy Vogel has been personally contacted by government agents and told in no uncertain terms to keep his mouth shut on what he knows about this so called investigation. The federal governments tyranny of terror marches on.
The greatest fear of the FBI is being exposed as criminals and going to jail because of their own records. Of their volition they initiated a spurious criminal investigation of a group of people they knew beforehand were completely innocent and completely defenseless. They did it because they could. Therefore none of these assertions will be answered. They cannot or they go to jail.
Now, while these terrorists go running for their spider holes cursing America and plotting revenge let us resolve to act. We would do well to heed Thomas Jefferson's words to James Madison in approaching this conflict: "...take up your pen, select his most striking heresies and cut him to pieces in the face of the public. You get the idea.

GOVERNMENT IN SECRET NOT SO SECRETLY FAILING TO KEEP THEIR STORIES STRAIGHT #2 (this is the flyer that was handed out in Helena MT)

Rehberg and Bullock both seem determined not to say anything. Government in secret is not what the framers of the constitution had in mind. This is nothing more than government terrorism directed at a group of people the government perceive as defenseless. And so we are.
Recently the Montana Department of Justice chief of staff Tim Burton voice mailed me (6/20/2011) to say he would like to talk to me about the concerns expressed in this flier. I told him when he came to see me the next day that to prevent misunderstandings there would have to be a court reporter at any meeting we might have. He has refused.
