Government in secret not so secretly failing to keep their stories straight

To whom it may concern,

For what is now approaching a quarter century my family and I have had to endure one of the FBIs secret investigations. None of us has committed any crime. I gave a letter regarding this to Denny Rehbergs office on 7/13/2009. His state director Dustin Frost said he would give it to the attorney general. He didn't specify state or federal and I didn't think to ask. At the time I assumed federal. I was later disabused of that idea.

1/2011 I called the attorney generals office in Helena to track down what they had done with the letter.  The person who took the call said according to their records they had received the letter. Then she transferred me to an archives person to find out what action had been taken on it. The archives person said she'd need time to track it down and that I should call back. I did call them back and what sounded like the same receptionist said that no such letter had ever been received etc etc. I gave her the same dates she had given me earlier to look up the letters record of arrival. Weird.

I then called Linda Price at Denny Rehbergs office in Billings 1/25/2011. She said Dustin Frost had been contacted and that he had given the letter to the FBI. I have since called and emailed him asking where he sent the letter. He hasn't replied. I have put four questions to Rehbergs Billings office.

1) Why did Frost change his mind about giving the letter to the attorney general?
2) Which AG was he referring to?
3) If he sent it to the FBI why didn't they respond?
4)Since they didn't respond why no follow-up?

Rehberg and Bullock seem determined not to say anything. Government in secret is not what the framers of the consitution had in mind. This is nothing more than government terrorism directed at a group of people the federal government perceive as defenseless. And so we are.

Government Gone in Hiding

The following letter was written and mailed to the FBI and US Attorney among others on 5/3/2011.

For over twenty years my family and I have had to endure one of the FBI's secret investigations. None of us has committed any crime.

I have a suggestion for resolving this. Since we both know that this all got started in Yakima Washington when Mike Mercy got his feelings hurt and influenced the FBI to pursue us, simply allow my attorney
Ms. Lisa J. Bazant to depose under oath the members of the FBI office in Yakima who started this. And of course we'll need to look at their records. The truth is going to come out eventually. It might as well be now.

All questions should be directed to Ms. Bazant.

It should be noted that the FBI and US Attorney have not whispered a word of protest over this letter.

Government Gone Mad

For what is now approaching a quarter century my family and I have had to endure one of the FBI's secret investigations. None of us has committed any crime.

I have made appeals for help, by sending out letters, to well over 300 federal government functionaries, almost 300 state legislators, the attorney generals for Washington and Montana (though the AG for Montana won't admitt it yet) the governors for Washington and Montana, the Lt. Governor for Montana, TV news stations KOMO, KING and KIRO in Seattle and the Seattle Times. In Montana the newspapers in Missoula, Bozeman, Butte, Great Falls, Helena and Billings. Across the country the Boston Globe, Chicago Sun Times, Dallas Morning News, Denver Post, Houston Chronicle, New York Times, Philadelphia Enquirer and the Washington Post.

This started in Yakima Washington when I consulted an attorney in regard to another matter. Unknown to me he also represented a local businessman of some influence. He then broke attorney client confidentiality by disclosing the content of our conversations to that local businessman who in turn influenced the FBI to pursue us as criminals even though they knew we were not.

Meanwhile the federal government has pictures of at least two highly placed officials raping children so young they can't tie their shoelaces. I have their names.

This is not what the framers of the constitution had in mind. The only crime that needs to be investigated is that of the FBI against me, my family and little children who obviously don't have the resources to defend themselves from a government gone mad.
