Dear Mr. President,
In previous letters it has been alleged that almost a quarter century ago the FBI initiated a pseudo investigation of the Swartos family that has never served any other purpose than that of our destruction and continues unabated to this day. Further, after all the years and letters (nearly a thousand letters have been sent to state and federal officials) the FBI shows no remorse and no inclination to cooperate. This is not surprising since doing so would send large numbers of them to jail for the rest of their lives on, among others, terrorism charges. Perhaps dealing with individuals would be more productive.
December 1994, the FBI led by Louis Freeh and at the direct, unambiguous urging of then president Bill Clinton executed a grossly wicked plot to harm my daughter Ashley in Bellingham Washington. The Clinton-Freeh plot came within one step of being successful. Ashley had just turned fourteen.
When Clinton left office his successor George W. Bush, eventually forgoing the customary recruitment by government from the ranks of our many domestic and international terror groups, continued the tradition of evil established by his predecessors by signing off on the paperwork necessary to sanction my murder directly by government agents. Fortunately the man who has described himself as the "decider", after falling off his couch and getting a nasty case of rug burn on his face, apparently had an epiphany and decided to rescind his authorization.
If the FBI does not want to speak up maybe these individuals will find the courage to come forward. If not, then perhaps the paper trail will speak for itself.

Dear Mr. President,
The ongoing pursuit of the destruction of the Swartos family by a large part of the United States government reveals only superficial differences between the nature of the FBI and organized crime. For almost a quarter century they have with impunity demonstrated their mastery at inflicting pain, creating terror and hiding it all behind the "law". Their hideous character is further revealed and likened to that of criminals by the deliberate targeting for destruction, not for the purpose of law enforcement but for their sociopathic satisfaction, those they clearly know are moreover innocent and defenseless. This is unequivocally illustrated by the inclusion of my daughter Ashley, as a target, starting when she was just a wisp of a little girl.
Now, vacillating in hysterical incoherence between supercilious hubris and whimpering cowardice they remain, through threat of force, free from the correction of law, desperately clinging to the last vestiges of defiance in their still unimpeded assault on the lives of the Swartos family and the law and culture of the civilian nation. In the meantime an emasculated government gapes impuissantly at the revelation of their irrelevance in defending the lives of our citizens. Myth is dispelled, the law is, at the FBI's pleasure, in abeyance. Governments role is an FBI determined diktat.
Herod would applaud the duplicity of the FBI and the government they represent, it knows no bounds. Overtly those who put their lives at risk for the nations sake are "honored", covertly they are put on terrorist watch lists. Publicly our citizens lives are inviolable. Privately, quite violable. However if you are one of their nefarious fellowship such as the international terrorists who ordered the gang rape of a little girl in a church parking lot, the prominent federal officials who rape toddlers, the homosexual terrorists who gang raped a young woman because she happened to disagree with them, or the international terrorists who's involvement in the murder of a United States president is trumpeted in a book available to the public your rights are secure, if not you have the right to remain silent.
Let us resolve in the new year to pick up our pens and give America real change. Merry Christmas.

Dear Mr. President,
The federal government and a number of state governments, both clinging to impuissance with the fervor of a zealot, have by their steadfast inaction and to their shame, tacitly endorsed the savaging of my family for almost a quarter century. The FBI, revealing a tyrant's ends justify the means strategy, has forced us to endure terrible grief, while we have hoped, so far in vain, that our freedom would be upheld by the law. Sadly, diminishing the Swartos freedom is in their best interests, upholding the law would put many of the FBI and their accomplices in jail for the rest of their lives.
The heinous destruction of the innocent and defenseless are not honorable ends. They shame themselves, they shame our republic. Furthermore they are dangerously unstable, vacillating from brutal tyrant one moment to poltroon the next, viciously seeking our destruction then retreating into whimpering dastard from the charges made in these letters. It is ironic, after being founded by such men as Washington, Adams, Jefferson and Madison, the law and civilian nation have been subjugated by individuals manifesting such blatant hysterical incoherence. Meanwhile the herd wanders, compliantly silent and dutifully ignorant of the abyss so near. It is a duty they take seriously.
We are now faced with those who furnish their malformed souls with the suffering of others. Their is no sublimation for their pathologies. Nor for those in their nefarious fellowship such as the international terrorists who ordered the gang rape of a little girl in a church parking lot, the prominent federal officials who rape toddlers, the homosexual terrorists who gang raped a young woman because she happened to disagree with them, or the international terrorists who's involvement in the murder of a United States President is trumpeted in a book available to the public.
Finally, their records indicate a lack of coherence in their reasoning brought to light by their unanswered query's about my views on love, cars, education, race, politics, music and ethnicity. If that seems to you an odd list we are in agreement. Perhaps you will also agree that after almost twenty five years enough is enough.

Dear Mr. President,
Almost two and a half decades ago in Yakima Washington the FBI in a fit of onanistic depravity, illegally planned and then as now executed their plans to harm my family. Therefore, if the premise of the illegitimacy of their actions is accepted (it is a matter of record) they like any other criminal must be held accountable.
It has been asserted that America is a nation under the rule of law. However that concept can be illusory. The FBI has proven that state and federal statutes are easily circumvented, as a result attempts to harm us have been numerous the wounds many. State and federal law has not been a deterrent.
Even the Constitution is not sacrosanct. Robert Bork in his book The Tempting of America tells of his experience at a constitutional law seminar where during the discussion, his view of the Constitution as law was castigated. "A well known Harvard law professor turned to me with some exasperation and said, "Your notion that the Constitution is in some sense law must rest upon an obscure philosophic principle with which I am unfamiliar". Moreover, Mr. Bork writes, "That attitude is common among our constitutional philosophers".
The inimical sentiment that the Constitution is not law seems to inform FBI leadership. Perhaps in consequence of that deformation the Constitution has not been a deterrent.
Edmund Burke said "Men are qualified for civil liberty in exact proportion to their disposition to put moral chains upon their own appetites". As has been limpidly shown in this and previous letters FBI leaders and the government they represent are neither bound by morality nor law. A peripty is required and would have obvious benefits. Criminals who commit the currently ineffable such as the international terrorists who ordered the gang rape of a little girl in a church parking lot , the prominent federal officials who rape toddlers, the homosexual terrorists who gang raped a young woman because she happened to disagree with them, and the international terrorists who's involvement in the murder of a United States President is trumpeted in a book available to the public would actually be at risk of prosecution.
This an attempt to persuade you to action in awakening America to the subversion of our law and liberty. And this is for those nobles, known and unknown, who have come to their end in service to this country and now rely on posterity to defend freedom against betrayal. Honor issues her call, this is now our duty.

Dear Mr. President,
About halfway through Ronald Reagan's second term in office a typically duplicitous FBI initiated a pseudo investigation of my family for the purpose of our destruction. The result is a national disgrace.
Respecting no moral or legal boundary they have bullied, terrorized and broken the law with impunity for almost a quarter century. Their draconian means have forced me, in an effort to protect my former wife Gwen and daughter Ashley, to forgo all communication with them for over twelve years. There is no doubt of the heinous intentions of the FBI, plots to harm us are a matter of record. Further, it is easily deduced from their determined reticence that they are vulnerable to cognizable charges and that moreover since Gwen and Ashley have the right to pursue charges against them my destruction would not suffice.
In the letter An Incoherent FBI is was reported that senior leaders of the FBI met with representatives of the Army and became so distressed during that meeting they lost control of their bowels. It has been observed that people of the kind found in FBI leadership, though rarely as dramatically, often demonstrate a great deal of fear. They fear the international terrorists who ordered the gang rape of a little girl in a church parking lot, they fear prominent federal officials who rape toddlers and they fear international terrorists who's involvement in the murder of a United States president is trumpeted in a book available to the public. Meanwhile the government campaign of terror against the Swartos family goes on.
According to FBI records they would like me to list my itinerary for the last twenty plus years. Evidently this would give them some advantage since they already have that list and much more in their records.

A CULTURAL PREFERENCE

Dear Mr. President,
This pseudo investigation started when my daughter was seven years old. Now five presidents later the governments perfidy in consistent and overwhelming. Government so easily makes the innocent into criminals, sending troops to war and when they come home putting them on terrorist watch lists, deliberately plotting the destruction of the innocent such as my family while hiding their crimes behind the "law". At the same time government steadfastly avoids the terrorists among us, never daring to pursue those who ordered the rape of a child for terrorist purposes, never daring to pursue those of whom they have pictures raping mere babes, never daring to utter so much as a squeak of protest when terrorists are flagrantly proclaimed as murderers of United States presidents and certainly never daring to terminate an "investigation" that continues not for the purpose of indicting me or any member of my family as a criminal but to protect large numbers of federal employees from indictment and subsequently going to jail for the rest of their lives.
When this atrocity was started by the FBI almost a quarter century ago in Yakima Washington the federal government easily forced it's way into our lives. We were, like so many Americans, defenseless. However had any objective assessment been made it would have been obvious that unless working and living was a crime we provided no reason to be investigated. The only guilt we suffered was that of being naive and unsophisticated (I complained about the investigation at a Yakima city council meeting) however that is not criminal and does not justify their deliberately targeting us for destruction. Nor does it justify the rest of governments recreance while the FBI according to their own records, to this day, executes their nefarious plots to harm us.
One such plot has recently been launched by the FBI here in Phoenix Arizona. In an effort to accommodate them I have very generously made myself available for two extra days before leaving for Oregon.
If the FBI has a blind spot it is cultural. In civilian society entitlements of one sort or another seem to be paramount. In Army culture it is always service to Duty Honor and Country. For the knaves that would twist that thought this is not a claim of membership. It is however a cultural preference.

MOVING ON/FINDING THE VOICE OF REASON

Dear Mr. President,
Montana winters can get extremely cold and since I have no job, no home, no income, no significant amount of money and moreover due to a back injury am forced to live with, at times, extreme pain, I am moving to Arizona. This is said, recognizing that moving gives the FBI new opportunities to lie, in an attempt to thwart their propaganda machine (or at least slow it down) which for decades and more has never ceased spewing it's canards concerning this "investigation". This is simply a matter of avoiding the weather. Their is no mystery other than how the FBI will choose to exploit the move. Following that thought, according to FBI records they have a strong interest in my sending you these letters via the Whitehouse.gov website. They also have, according to their records, an interest in my moving to either California or Washington state. It is surmised this would give them some advantage.
Ron Paul in his book The Revolution wrote "We should respect each other as rational beings by trying to achieve our goals through reason and persuasion rather than threats and coercion. That...is the primary moral reason for opposing government intrusions into our lives: government is force not reason." My family's experience is sad testimony to that truth. Therefore, once again, in an effort to supersede force with reason and regain our liberty and legitimate standing under the law this is a request for you as the national executive to advocate for us and end this malicious government intrusion into our lives.
In a local Missoulian newspaper oped story the writer told of a recent historical event at a local cemetery during which a number of people, perhaps thinking it trendy, brought their dogs to the festivities. One of those individuals unable to discern appropriate behavior quite unconcernedly allowed her dog to urinate on one of the memorials as everyone watched in disbelief. Sadly, at the time, though offended, the crowd could not find it's voice to object. It is argued that an impuissant government, with the same indifference, has been doing this to America for decades. Our entire society is fouled when with impunity international terrorists are proclaimed as murderers of United States Presidents, small children are gang raped in church parking lots because other international terrorists are unhappy with what the Bible says and when numbers of our "elite" federal officials rape infants for a "good time". The rot is exposed, but sadly, like the group celebrating history, though offended, America has not found it's voice.

Sadly, at the time, though offended, the crowd could not find it's voice to object. It is argued that an impuissant government, with the same indifference, has been doing this to America for decades. Our entire society is fouled when with impunity international terrorists are proclaimed as murderers of United States Presidents, small children are gang raped in church parking lots because other international terrorists are unhappy with what the Bible says and when numbers of our "elite" federal officials rape infants for a "good time". The rot is exposed, but sadly, like the group celebrating history, though offended, America has not found it's voice.

Dear Mr. President,
The FBI has utterly cowed a pusillanimous government, revealing a herd of panderers and exhibitionists. Perhaps this should not come as a surprise, the government has tolerated outrages in the past. After President Kennedy was assassinated the brother of a prominent Italian organized crime figure wrote a book flaunting that organizations involvement. Governments response was of course to do nothing.
This appeal, ergo, is not to a government committed to the banner of impuissance but to you as our national executive and by oath, agent for the United States Constitution. Therefore, on behalf of the Swartos in accordance with the clear language of the First Amendment to the Constitution this is a lawful petition addressed to you for the redress of grievances against an unbridled FBI and their government accomplices.
While a recreant FBI and the government they represent, in weltering dread of the truth that will send large numbers of them to jail for the rest of their lives, scurry for the shadows of what at times more resembles a reeducation camp than the land of our birth, my family for almost a quarter century have been forced to tolerate the intolerable. Hardships and terrors perpetrated by the FBI have been many. Craven threats and nefarious schemes to harm us have been unrelenting. We have suffered the torment of physical separation, forced by the fear of offering a target of, irresistible, opportunity to the monstrous and now as the years and decades have mounted, in great anguish we endure the passing of our beloved.
This and more we have suffered, and though the law including the Constitution has been deformed to the point that moral indifference is now a seeming imperative, there is cause for hope, they have not cowered all. Not our American Spirit, Courage or Pride, certainly not the United States Army, and not the God of Heaven by any means nor many others across our great nation who are quietly working in service to Duty, Honor and Country.

Dear Mr. President,
It was Veterans Day when this letter was started, a good day to ponder the meaning of freedom. Freedom is one of those words you have to keep up with, it's meaning seems to change over the years, kind of like a "living" constitution. If you don't pay attention someone else will decide for you.
Less than half a century ago, when I was a child, the thought of our country turned into a place where government arbitrarily ignored the moral and legal ambit protecting citizens from government launched, decades long terror campaigns of pain and grief would have been derided. The idea that our national institutions would in the future be fouled by those who support the trafficking in and rape of mere babes and furthermore that an impuissant leadership would refuse to stop these vilest of monsters and in fact allow them positions of prominence would have been met with scoffing incredulity. Nor would it have been believed that our free press could so quietly be coerced to silence. The First Amendment? Apparently the new dispensation does not include that part of the "living" Constitution. Moral relativity seems to have conquered. Virtue has changed places with vice.
Now statesmanship has been replaced by vociferation. Nancy Pelosi screeches out dire claims of republicans wanting to "end life as we know it", clamoring Bill Clinton joins in the hysterics claiming house republicans are "anti government zealots", and in the meantime our returning troops are put on terrorist watch lists and our students protest, sometimes violently, in support of those who stand aside for pedophiles. The center is not holding.
America is not, entirely, the country promised to us by the Constitution and attempts to diminish our law and culture continue. Perhaps we should compare what we have to what we had and moreover to critically evaluate what the unscrupulous attempt to force on us in the future. Then we could decide for ourselves.

PURSUING CHARACTER/SUBJUGATING EVIL

Dear Mr. President,
Nancy Pelosi, champion of inane histrionics, has said Republicans want to "end life as we know it". Her rhetorical nonsense aside, a good place to start would be with the destruction of the status quo on behalf of the children her ilk refuses to defend. Moreover, there are many Democrats who's moral compasses work just fine and would if given the opportunity gladly help.
Tom Brokaw at a recent National Press Club luncheon in response to concerns over downsizing news organizations reminded the audience that it only took two reporters to "bring down Nixon". Great rhetoric, pure balderdash. The country is on First Amendment lock down. Somebody tell him.
At Penn State students are violently rioting over Joe Paterno's dismissal. It is wondered what nightmares the small children who were orally and anally raped, suffer at the sight of so many people championing those who in their cowardice refused to stop the monster. It is further wondered if those students would be rioting if they had been the ones raped. Meanwhile, JoPa is reportedly leading student cheers on his front lawn.
The point of the preceding recital of the inane and the vile is that large parts of society seem to have lost the ability to wield logic or reason and demonstrate no moral sense, empathy or courage. Those are just the salient points. America is in desperate need of leadership and we need it now.
The FBI, employing their legions of poltroons, through an inexpiable misuse of power have, so far with impunity, vitiated our national institutions and furthermore viciously cowed and subsequently silenced our nation. In doing so they have with typical inhuman, amoral ferocity added their support to turning our very children into dehumanized sexual prey. This pervasive maelstrom of evil rather than being allowed to engulf us must be met with an execrative rage at the dying light of our innocents and an immutable resolve to stop them. Their inhumanity having this been posited a further reminder of the humanity of some of the other unwilling participants is in order.
Two pictures are enclosed. One is the graduation picture of my former wife Gwen, the other is the fourth grade picture of my daughter Ashley. Both of them, for the sake of preventing inconvenient cognizable objections, have been and still are targets of pernicious FBI machinations. Both of them are quite innocent.
Please do not construe this as an emotional appeal. Though emotions cannot be entirely separated from the subject, the motivating intent is to remind that they are not disembodied abstracts in some sterile theoretical exercise and that the problem of evil is sometimes of government making.

AN UNKNOWN PREROGATIVE

Dear Mr. President,
The FBI exercising a hitherto unknown prerogative devoid of moral or legal restraint have forced the Swartos family to traverse a carefully planned gauntlet of grief, pain and terror for the better part of a quarter century. They have claimed they are enforcing the law and have even, at times, attempted to use national security as cover for their cruelty. However, what concerns them is staying out of jail and satisfying their sociopathic pathologies. What they have given evidence of is their own soulless moral vacuum.
Claims of enforcing law would logically require that we had broken a law. We have not and the veracity of this statement can be verified by their own records. This investigation exists because government is impuissant and the FBI is morally bankrupt. Violation of law had nothing to do with it. The FBI made a calculated decision to disguise their malicious actions as law enforcement. The rest of government has faithfully followed. So much for logic.
As for vacuous cries of Lynn and Gwen and Ashley being threats to national security, those are as ludicrous as the FBI putting the United States Army on it's list of suspects. Who's next the national guard?
In Kipling's poem Justice he wrote "Because they feared no reckoning Would set no bound to wrong". The FBI initiated this fiction as a matter of course. Having never failed before there was no reason not to destroy us. It is hoped you will find a reason to help us.

ACKNOWLEDGING AN FBI PROBLEM

Dear Mr. President,
For most of the last twenty five years the FBI unencumbered by conscience or law has raged against the innocence of the Swartos family. Unfortunately innocence has not made us impervious to their truculence, we have endured many grievous wounds of FBI making. This can be verified through their records and is one more reason why their leadership are in the words of Yeats "vexed to nightmare".
When the FBI started this exercise in evil my daughter Ashley was a chubby cheeked little girl who had barely started school. Now her middle age is on the horizon and still the FBI and the federal government they represent, in all their unstable, hysterical incoherence, through threat of force keep the law at bay and with no one to stop them, evade, plot and attack with impunity. Meanwhile government refuses to pursue criminals of weight, preferring instead to criminalize the inane and let criminals run government. Insanity is the new normal.
As noted in Defending Innocents the FBI seems to [still] have an obsession with the possibility of the Army being sympathetic to my family's situation. Perhaps they are, empathy will do that, but they have never communicated with me in any way so their thoughts are unknown to me. As was said in the aforementioned letter they need to address their [now continuing] concerns to the Army.
A problem cannot be solved until it is acknowledged. FBI delusions and vicious designs to "fix" them are a problem. When their senior leaders become so hysterical they lose control of their bowels in high level meetings that is an undeniable problem.

DEFENDING INNOCENTS

Dear Mr. President,
A degrading, politically forced gestation is giving birth to an abhorrent truth. American society and institutions are being brought to heel by groups with all manner of shameful agendas.
On 8/17/2011 the pedophile group B4U-ACT hosted a conference in Baltimore MD. At this conference the heresies were too many to completely list here but a few of their atrocious claims were: society is wrong to prevent pedophiles from preying on children, the pedophile is "normal", pedophiles (sociopaths) are just folks and children are not human anyway. This last idea was exposed when as self-described "gay activist" and speaker Jacob Breslow suggested, pedophiles need not gain consent from a child to have sex with "it" anymore than we need consent from a shoe to wear it. He then used graphic, slang language to favorably describe the act of climaxing (ejaculating) "on or with" a child. No one in attendance objected. So much for "just folks". Since, as has been acknowledged by pedophile advocate Dr. Fred Berlin, it was politics rather than science that led to homosexuality being declassified as a disorder, groups that advocate these perverse agendas must be decried. This is nothing more than sociopaths seeking a political license to harm.
The FBI already has one. They are one of many institutions heavily infiltrated and hence bastardized by these groups. Accordingly, they are currently shielding two prominent federal officials of whom they have pictures raping mere toddlers. This is only one of a number of their known crimes (see Lost Innocents). The idea of dehumanizing people has become institutionalized at the FBI. Innocence is no deterrent.
For almost a quarter century attempts to harm members of the Swartos family by these sociopaths have been relentless and too frequently successful. At the same time the most vile of people practice and propagandize the abhorrent. This madness must end and we must start by stopping an out of control FBI and their "elite" friends from harming innocent Americans and their children for the sake of satisfying their sociopathic pathologies.
Finally, according to the FBI, the United States Army is one of the very few American institutions not subjugated by these groups and the FBI seems to, as a result, have an obsession with the possibility of the Army being sympathetic to my family's situation. They need to address their concerns to the Army.

For almost a quarter century attempts to harm members of the Swartos family by these sociopaths have been relentless and too frequently successful. At the same time the most vile of people practice and propagandize the abhorrent. Dear Mr. President,
The fictionalized FBI having now been revealed not as paragon but as pimp leaves us staring into the malformed face of impenitent evil. Encouraged by the tacit approval of those in government sympathetic to their passion for sexual depredations against children the FBI "imperium" marches on, and now, threatened by the abject terror tactics used to deter what is left of legitimate government from speaking up the nation stands silenced and betrayed while the supine and the reprobate look on.
FBI crimes are putridly wicked and many. They have enduring symbiotic relationships with American based international terror groups, some of whom, they share perverted sexual appetites with.
One of these nefarious groups in order to terrorize a pastor hired a group of men to gang rape a little girl in the church parking lot. They did and the FBI did their part. There was no pursuit. The terrorists who hired the rape gang went free. To this day the FBI occasionally makes use of these people. This is according to their own records.
As stated in the last letter, according to their records they are currently shielding two prominent federal officials of whom they have pictures raping mere toddlers. Once again, the FBI does it's part, protecting those that for the sake of the American people they should be prosecuting.
They have records of one young woman who objected to her gay instructor expelling a number of his students from class after having sex with them as a cover from his wife's accusations of homosexual infidelity during their divorce. As a result, at the behest of that instructor, homosexual terrorists gang raped her. Again, the FBI looked the other way. Again, to this day the FBI occasionally makes use of these groups.
Finally, their deliberate pursuit of grievous harm to my daughter Ashley. If successful they accomplish two things. They remove her ability to pose a cognizable threat to incarcerate them and they have the hope driving me into a psychological abyss. Those are my daughters "crimes" against a libertine FBI.
In Robert Bork's book Slouching Towards Gomorrah he says in reference to William Butler Yeats The Second Coming "The rough beast of decadence a long time in gestation, having reached it's maturity in the last three decades, now sends us slouching towards our new home, not Bethlehem but Gomorrah". The specious guise of humanity formerly cloaking the FBI has been ripped away by events to reveal the deformed soul of a very powerful government sanctioned terrorist agency; very willing to do violence to Americans and America. Fueled by the sociopath's need to control and to do harm as the ultimate expression of that control, they have in the past and will in the future do harm of whatever kind is necessary to prevent any cognizable objection to their atrocities.
Of their many atrocities their implicit "tolerance" of and support for trafficking in mere toddlers to satisfy the perverted sexual cravings of some of society's elite and their unyielding efforts (starting when she was a child and continuing to this day) in plotting to bring harm to my daughter Ashley would by any sane standard be considered monstrously evil and cruel but are in fact two of a type the FBI indulges itself in as a matter of course. Their volitional endorsement of and participation in these inexpiable crimes present no reason to believe that what they have done in the past will not be repeated in the future and they should therefore by considered a clear and immediate danger to others. Our nations response can only be one of implacable intolerance.

Dear Mr. President,
For almost a quarter century the FBI and the federal government they represent have with impunity and unbridled truculence violated the law and trust of the nation and it's people.
In doing this and many other heinous crimes, they targeted for destruction, strictly as a matter of convenience, an utterly defenseless family that included an equally defenseless child. To this day, but now as a matter of staying out of jail, they refuse to relent in their pursuit of that child who is now a woman, my daughter Ashley. In so doing they reveal a remorseless lack of humanity. This is not a surprise.
The FBI is currently with typical inhuman amoral ferocity shielding at least two prominent federal officials of whom they have pictures raping mere toddlers. These are the two who's names are known. It seems the ascendancy of the sociopath is well on it's way. Many have rushed to exchange the light of the city on a hill for the darkness where degradations flourish. The FBI provides the darkness.
America is being held hostage by, what has become, a powerful terrorist agency of government. However, they are an agency increasingly incoherent and destabilized by the effort necessary to maintain their impunity and hence stay out of jail.
It is not hard to see evidence of convenience in American government decision making. My family's situation and many others are a testament to it. To set a course to uproot entrenched evil is not the easy way. It will never be mistaken for a decision of convenience. It is, nevertheless, the right decision and it is hoped you will make it for the benefit of the good.

The continuing efforts of the FBI, not to enforce any law, but to achieve the destruction of an innocent family is an obvious and heinous gambit to obliterate any possibility of a cognizable objection to the federal governments relentless truculence, thereby assuring that after almost a quarter century of repeated malicious violations of law none of the FBI, or their allies in government, go to jail (this partly explains their wanton targeting of my daughter Ashley). Their lack of respect for law or the people the law ostensibly serves and their unfettered willingness to inflict pain on the defenseless has been made apparent by their actions. Now, having been caught in the act their manifest doctrine is not to uphold the law, nor surrender to it, but to utterly defeat it. They have successfully done this for almost a quarter century.
The pernicious FBI subjugation to silence of American government, media and people amount to a flagrant rape of national and individual volition. Further, this action has become a blatant public spectacle that because of the abject terror tactics used will not be publicly acknowledged for fear the same might be done to them. Consequently, this onslaught does harm to our constitution, people and nation. Therefore, for the sake of the republic they must be held accountable. The republic's hope lies in executive puissance disabusing America of this pretender and superseding "we the FBI" with we the people.

Dear Mr. President,
The deliberate FBI perfidy, breaching the constitutional ambit protecting citizen from government, as part of a wanton gambit to destroy an innocent family, precludes any claim to legitimacy they might make as an agency of government. They and their United States government allies are now mere terrorists operating in an illicit dark place where the requisite they live and breath is stay out of jail and integral to that maintain impunity. However, they have muted their opposition for almost a quarter century demonstrating an undeniable ability to dictate the submission of anyone who challenges their illegitimate authority. Therefore, absent the puissant national executive this coerced silence of government, media and the American people will continue.
Ergo my argument is for an unabashed executive denouement worthy of the dignity and character of our Constitution, the office of The President and the United States of America they both serve. Almost a thousand letters have been sent to federal and state officials and at least a thousand fliers have been handed out and still government at all levels fails to do it's duty. This pseudo investigation came into being through the misused power of the state. It survives because the "state" of impuissance has wilfully rejected disabusing the nation of this FBI treachery and the subsequent forced acquiescence of the polity. The rule of law must be reasserted and these exigencies rectified. Presidential authority is our republics last constitutional fail-safe.

It is probable that you have processed my previous letter "JUST CAUSE..." and are now, it is fervently hoped, cognizant of my family's situation. My argument for your intervention is simple. The constitutional ambit protecting citizens from government has been deliberately breached by an out of control FBI and the federal government they represent. Further, an almost quarter century track record of volitionally breaking the law provides no reason to believe that these actions are anomalous. Therefore, what they have done in the past is what they will do in the future if not deterred.
The FBI is running wild, determined to preserve their impunity and probably even more determined, as are their United States government allies, not to go to jail because of the records of this pseudo investigation. Government at all levels has been informed and asked for help stopping this truculence. Government at all levels has been quick to proclaim, explicitly and implicitly, their own impuissance. JUST CAUSE/A LETTER TO AMERICA 3.0

To whom it may concern,
For almost a quarter century the federal government through the FBI have deliberately broken the law by launching a pseudo criminal investigation (campaign of terror) against the Swartos family. This was urged for reasons more infantile than cogent by a local businessman in Yakima Washington. Unfortunately, since he is now deceased, those reasons are only available through the FBI agents he spoke to and their records. However, we can be certain breaking the law was intentional on the part of the FBI because they knew from the beginning and through the decades that followed none of us had committed any crime. The law according to the FBI says they can force a family to separate and then terrorize them at will. Children included. For over twelve years now I have not allowed myself to see or talk to my daughter Ashley. From my experience with them and their reputation for gratuitous violence and deceit the FBI is too dangerous to give them the slightest excuse to consider Ashley a part of this travesty. In spite of our separation according to FBI records she is still, according to the United States government, a target. Ashley was seven years old when this started. Terror is obviously part of their arsenal.
I gave a letter regarding this sham investigation to Congressman Denny Rehbergs office in Billings Montana on 7/13/2009. His then state director Dustin Frost said he would give it to the attorney general. 1/2011 I called attorney general Steve Bullocks office in Helena to track down what they had done with the letter. First they said they had received it (they retrieved from their records the date the letter came in on) then they during a subsequent phone call denied it. I then called Linda Price at Rehbergs office in Billings on 1/25/2011. She said Frost had been contacted and that he had said he had given the letter to the FBI. I have since called and emailed him in an attempt to verify this. He has not replied. These people are contradicting themselves and each other. Contradictory statements cannot both at the same time be true. Therefore these people are volitionally lying. Recently (6/20/2011) Bullocks chief of staff Tim Burton voice mailed me about a flier on the subject of this false investigation and Rehberg and Bullocks lack of veracity that I had been handing out at the capitol building in Helena. I told him the next day there would have to be a court reporter at any meeting we might have. He has refused.
Also, it has come to my attention that Rehbergs current state director Randy Vogel has been personally contacted by government agents and told in no uncertain terms to keep his mouth shut on what he knows about this so called investigation. The federal governments tyranny of terror marches on.
The greatest fear of the FBI is being exposed as criminals and going to jail because of their own records. Of their volition they initiated a spurious criminal investigation of a group of people they knew beforehand were completely innocent and completely defenseless. They did it because they could. Therefore none of these assertions will be answered. They cannot or they go to jail.
Now, while these terrorists go running for their spider holes cursing America and plotting revenge let us resolve to act. We would do well to heed Thomas Jefferson's words to James Madison in approaching this conflict: "...take up your pen, select his most striking heresies and cut him to pieces in the face of the public. You get the idea.

GOVERNMENT IN SECRET NOT SO SECRETLY FAILING TO KEEP THEIR STORIES STRAIGHT #2 (this is the flyer that was handed out in Helena MT)
For what is now approaching a quarter century my family and I have had to endure one of the FBI secret investigations. None of us has committed any crime. I gave a letter regarding this to Denny Rehbergs office in Billings on 7/13/2009. His state director Dustin Frost said he would give it to the attorney general.
1/2011 I called attorney general Steve Bullocks office in Helena to track down what they had done with the letter. First they said they had received it (they retrieved from their records the date the letter came in on) then during a subsequent phone call denied it.
I then called Linda Price at Denny Rehbergs office in Billings 1/25/2011. She said Frost had been contacted and that he had said he had given the letter to the FBI. I have since called and emailed him in an attempt to verify this. He has not replied.
Rehberg and Bullock both seem determined not to say anything. Government in secret is not what the framers of the constitution had in mind. This is nothing more than government terrorism directed at a group of people the government perceive as defenseless. And so we are.

Text of letter given to Denny Rehbergs office in Billings on 7/13/2009
[7/13/2009, this letter was given to Congressman Rehberg's office in Billings Montana and sent to the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives (1st through 8th districts) later in the year. It was the first in an effort to regain the Swartos standing dejure.]
To whom it may concern,
For the last twenty years approximately my family and I have had to endure one of the FBIs secret investigations. This has included my daughter who was 7 or 8 at the time this started in Yakima Washington. Let me be clear I have committed no crime. There is no crime to be investigated except that of the FBI against my family.
Meanwhile the government has pictures of at least two highly placed officials in Washington D.C. raping children so young they can't tie their shoelaces. And yes I have their names.
This is not what the framers had in mind when they wrote the constitution.
I appeal to you as someone who's taken a oath to defend the constitution from enemies without and within. Help us.

Government in secret not so secretly failing to keep their stories straight
To whom it may concern,

He didn't specify state or federal and I didn't think to ask. At the time I assumed federal. I was later disabused of that idea.
1/2011 I called the attorney generals office in Helena to track down what they had done with the letter. The person who took the call said according to their records they had received the letter. Then she transferred me to an archives person to find out what action had been taken on it. The archives person said she'd need time to track it down and that I should call back. I did call them back and what sounded like the same receptionist said that no such letter had ever been received etc etc. I gave her the same dates she had given me earlier to look up the letters record of arrival. Weird.
I then called Linda Price at Denny Rehbergs office in Billings 1/25/2011. She said Dustin Frost had been contacted and that he had given the letter to the FBI. I have since called and emailed him asking where he sent the letter. He hasn't replied. I have put four questions to Rehbergs Billings office.

3) If he sent it to the FBI why didn't they respond?

I have a suggestion for resolving this. Since we both know that this all got started in Yakima Washington when Mike Mercy got his feelings hurt and influenced the FBI to pursue us, simply allow my attorney
Ms. Lisa J. Bazant to depose under oath the members of the FBI office in Yakima who started this. And of course we'll need to look at their records. The truth is going to come out eventually. It might as well be now.
All questions should be directed to Ms. Bazant.

Government Gone Mad

I have made appeals for help, by sending out letters, to well over 300 federal government functionaries, almost 300 state legislators, the attorney generals for Washington and Montana (though the AG for Montana won't admitt it yet) the governors for Washington and Montana, the Lt. Governor for Montana, TV news stations KOMO, KING and KIRO in Seattle and the Seattle Times. In Montana the newspapers in Missoula, Bozeman, Butte, Great Falls, Helena and Billings. Across the country the Boston Globe, Chicago Sun Times, Dallas Morning News, Denver Post, Houston Chronicle, New York Times, Philadelphia Enquirer and the Washington Post.
This started in Yakima Washington when I consulted an attorney in regard to another matter. Unknown to me he also represented a local businessman of some influence. He then broke attorney client confidentiality by disclosing the content of our conversations to that local businessman who in turn influenced the FBI to pursue us as criminals even though they knew we were not.
Meanwhile the federal government has pictures of at least two highly placed officials raping children so young they can't tie their shoelaces. I have their names.
This is not what the framers of the constitution had in mind. The only crime that needs to be investigated is that of the FBI against me, my family and little children who obviously don't have the resources to defend themselves from a government gone mad.
