Postscript

Over the course of its war against the people in the Swartos dossier I have made it clear that governments criminal behavior cannot last. In response government has made it clear I cannot last. Touche. Nevertheless, easily parried for it’s not about me but a combination of unmitigated power and lack of moral caulking that is destroying the common good. Moreover, my daughter will replace me and the woman I would have married might join her in pushing the case forward. Once the vichys’ records and the dossier are disclosed the dominoes will not quit falling.

The obstinate cover up supports this conclusion. Pleasing evil and the diminishment of morality has become its raison d’etre. Americans are on their own, government no longer works for the people but itself. The centuries long slide down the ethical ladder has left no reason for it not to! So, while many crimes have been committed it is not going to prosecute itself. Too many people are culpable and in today’s ethical ecosystem there is nothing compelling about our distress nor Americans as a whole. The big fish eat the small fish, big deal.

The legal system therefore demands that to secure its lies the legal landscape be tilted away from Yakima Washington. Requiring the manipulation of both the situation and system to protect the generations that have spent themselves on this illicit endeavor. Thus Trump and his advisors have come up with a strategy and tactics to finesse false charges legitimizing the nearly 40 year effort—without making Yakima a cognizable issue. That being to have me write the following then hand it off to Trumps DOJ for prosecution:

Blaine Washington is their preferred venue. The people who ran it their main subject. They would like to tie me to them because the FBI alleges they were and are mobbed up and that my mother used to be one of them. I however cannot offer proof of any such thing. What I can do is tell some of what the FBI told me. Which is that the son who took over from his father decided out of the blue that for some unknown reason he would have my daughter gang raped. Which being a part of that organization might have required my mothers consent. Though she was entirely capable of pursuing that action herself.

Of course the Bureau gave me a lot more information, the idea being, “give him enough rope and he’ll hang himself.” The authorities would sew it up by denying their involvement and portraying me as the original source. This is another example of their duplicity. But if their records are ever produced their tactics will be exposed as criminal and their strategy as wearing us down with time and heinous threats while the ranks of government are constantly replenished with those anxious to do us harm. There was never any investigation.

That was Trumps big idea but the dossier is another matter. It is a generational history of cruelty imposed on the defenseless and of governing by terror, reducing popular government to a fiction and something to be done only with permission. In addition, the subjects believing they were free and had broken no rules very seldom knew that they were being held accountable for anything. But punishment gratified the punishers and enhanced their prospects for criminal advancement while essentially running things. Thus citizens become no more than slaves and prisoners, acted on by their new owners who need to inflict pain for their advancement and to maintain their psychological equilibrium. Trump didn’t want anything to do with any of this either.

Campaigning for and during his first term the “deep state” was a demagogues dream. Trump conjured the idea because it was good politics, it helped get him elected and its reality rang true. But true as it was he again quickly lost his nerve for a fight—if that was ever his intent—when it came to confronting those permanent forces, such as those that were assaulting the Swartos. He had the “power to do good” but not the “strength to resist evil.” (Samuel Johnson) So we languished. Even so, he finally got a second term but true to form his nerve still failed him. In fact he has quietly changed sides.

Behold the man, portraying himself ecce homo has set a new psychological standard of presidential mental illness. Yet the undiscriminating FBI and government in general has stubbornly put its faith in him. To deliver them from the laws iniquitous clutches his numinous guidance is invoked. So faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of Trump. No God complex there. The man tasked with law enforcement has become the law and will now provide his faithful with salvation from the wages of law. Not unlike what Marx and Lenin offered when they revised reality to suit themselves. This is a weak man of brutal principles hammering at the country’s foundations. Cruel, cowardly and always ready to take advantage of the defenseless he is to be numbered with the worst of men.

When liberty ends resistance will be recompensed with the wages of sin. Thinking like an American will be banned and for “safety’s” sake control will be established. Violators will be treated as traitors. No loyal opposition will be tolerated. National identity will cease and the international lefts vision will rule. Trump’s signed on.

Yet there is cause to celebrate, for there is not only a right to life, liberty, the pursuit of property and a good life the law deters the unjust deprivation of the first and protects the outcomes of the rest. This is Trumps complaint. For the law is against him. Though while it favors the Swartos, it can have no effect while it is subject to criminals who refuse to enforce it. We are at an impasse.

At the same time, having no legal cover he predictably (befitting a sycophant) puts his lips to any available rump, perhaps thinking it diplomatic—we may see him rooming with Edward Snowden in Russia, even Bush, Obama and Biden, Clinton and his Jews making a run for it. The president has moreover compounded his disgrace by starting a war then steadfastly declaring victory without the enemy’s surrender. He might have saved that determination for his war.

He has betrayed the nation he is to lead in its 250th celebration of independence. While Americans celebrate their liberty Trump will be looking for more ways to thwart it. His recent love affair with non disclosure agreements (NDAs) will serve to illustrate. They are a duplication of existing law but would serve to emphasize the risk for those who might come forward in the event the Swartos story becomes public. The president could be hearing footsteps.

Panic aside, he has joined with past leaders to make sure the Swartos story ends without the encumbrance of law and silence anyone who would oppose them. Leaving such people free to continue prosecuting their culture war against constitutional government. Their hypocrisy however is catching up to them.

For some strange reason it has become accepted practice to infiltrate gays into society’s high places. This policy treats gays as superior and all others as constitutional outliers, neither of which would American principles support. Nevertheless, the powerful have their way, leaving the society that acted on itself under new management.

Trumps hostility to the nation is nothing new. New Yorks mayor—who Trump approves of—appears ready to do in the country, the west, freedom, free enterprise, and Israel, a western nation. His wife was delighted by the butchery of October 7. Of so many things one could be grateful for they have chosen to celebrate their freedom to hate.

Trump celebrates his hate by supporting the criminal underworld along with Oscar Goodman who has created a museum of Italian mobsters. That’s very Hollywood of them. The entertainment industry has always had a tendency to glorify criminals, perhaps because so many of them are. Trump fits right in. If girls need to be psychologically crushed to be remade as prostitutes then by all means, they aren’t really human anyway. This is Trump’s attitude to the attempts on my daughter. Being a man of low morals if his daughter were in the same position he’d probably ask her how much. Keep it in the family sort of thing.

Postscript

Modern Federalism is an invention of the Federal Convention of 1787, given form in the Constitution that was ratified by the people of the colonies to replace the Articles of Confederation and the Confederation of states that by those articles made the central government the states factor. The Constitution inverted that order and made the new government superior to the states, but much less centralized than either Hamilton’s or Madison’s Virginia Plan, (p. 43) and again upended and redefined the older federalism, or confederation, in which central governments could only act on states not individuals. (p. 44)

The Constitutions success is partly to be found in its influence on other governments: “Every federal system of the present time...is in large degree based upon the work of the Federal Convention and the exposition, developed most clearly in The Federalist, during the controversy over ratification.” (Benjamin F. Wright, p. 42) Its American legacy is the institutional and societal stability it has provided. By its safeguards protecting the means to our ends and the citizenry’s agency to “improve and perpetuate it.”

It is the doctrine of the Federalist that popular government...rest[s] upon multiple protections, plural safeguards.” (p. 84) One of those is “an unlimited right of constitutional amendment.” Hamilton and Madison in The Federalist, explicitly defended that right of the people. (p. 86) In addition they “contended that ‘good government’ could be established through reflection and choice,” and they “defended with vigor and force the proposition that it is one of the greatest virtues of Americans that they have not hesitated to experiment, to take steps for which there was no precedent.” That courage tempered with prudence gave us the Constitution hence popular government, our Republic.

Experience again requires Americans to take the reigns of liberty and authority handed to us in the Constitution and amend it for the national betterment. The Federalist contains “one of the earliest recognition’s of the value in popular government of diversity and the absence of unified opinion.” (See #10) But when the nation is threatened the rational course is for separate interests and opinions to face the common threat with one voice and in this case endorse a constitutional amendment(s) to reign in federal spending and begin paying down the national debt. Otherwise, having been declared insolvent by the “Treasury Department’s own consolidated financial statements for fiscal year 2025” (https://finance.yahoo.com/economy/policy/articles/treasury-just-declared-u-insolvent-151425143.html) what’s left of general prosperity will continue narrowing to the good of the few who can afford shrinking opportunities. Requiring various authorities to continue growing the welfare state for people and business; the continued substitution of state power for private means; and Marxist politics ongoing polarization of society, fomenting the growth of domestic hostilities facilitated further by a lack of comprehensive immigration policy that would stop the active recruitment by government of those hostile to American culture. Including the English language, one of the last things Americans have in common.

No doubt such an amendment would have the beltway in a muted uproar. For its acceptance would be an acknowledgment of our leaders gross negligence and the imminent threat their poor management of the nations fiscal means poses to the country. Making the success of Lenin’s boast that “America will spend herself out of existence” quantifiable not just in terms of overwhelming debt but in the damage done to Americas institutional foundations.

The United States is a creedal nation. The foremost reference of which is found in the Declaration’s second paragraph. “Conceived in liberty and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal” (Lincoln) to be American is to be defined by, “divine moral laws, not easy to apprehend, but operating upon all mankind,” (Plato) that in reality do not change. And in approximating and instantiating them committing ourselves to the aims of the Constitutions preamble and an appreciation of the goodness and nobility of the United States, reminding us of our duty to live up to our aspirations.

Hamilton and Madison writing under the pen-name Publius (along with Jay) urged readers of The Federalist to “consider the true interests, the long-term welfare, and decide on the basis of what Publius urged as the ‘safest course for your liberty, your dignity and your happiness’” for the Constitution. (p. 79) Theirs was the language of reason, persuading voters that they would be best served by the “proposed form of government.” (p. 80) Once again, American interests and long term welfare would be best served by an amendment that would limit spending and begin repaying debt. In brief, spending has been mismanaged leaving the country debt-ridden and in danger. Making such an amendment morally compelling for the national aims outlined in the preamble.

Some might say that that is an overstatement conditions do not warrant. However, amid great turmoil lies opportunity for those who would make the republic into something else, and they know it. As we have seen the executive branch is rife with corruption, the courts legislate by deceit and deception, and Congress has been dragged down by those who love the cachet of their offices but hate not only the duly constituted country but their supposed jobs. The lefts double dealing has them blazoning their love of country while actively subverting it.

Thus Trump appears to be an outclassed octogenerian who cannot tell who is dealing what, moreover, cannot get through a day without his mind wandering from one counterfactual claim to the next, contradicting himself incessantly. Making his assertions of Iran looking for a deal a ludicrous attempt to cover up his desperation for such. Meanwhile he insults and threatens allies with lethal force as if they were footstools for his hubris then he treats them as lackeys and demands their help. He’s a poor executive, a paradigm of thoughtless naivete, with a dash of thug, that has him tripping over every step he takes. But his imprudent lack of circumspection may forfeit international opportunities. It’s been said the Iranian regime was at its weakest and now it has lost much of its ability to project force. Even so Iranian institutions remain intact. War can be a test of will, Trump seems to be the one thinking of surrender. Because of consequences he foolishly did not foresee finishing the job is an on again off again proposition for him. Yet unlike Lincoln who thinking in terms of preserving the Union and liberating the slaves through victory handled the politics of war including protecting Grant from the critics while allowing him the authority to fight and win the civil war. Our golf course warrior believes his military judgment augmented by Lindsey Graham’s strategic and tactical acumen is superior. (Lincoln didn’t give up civilian control of the military but made allowance for areas of expertise, and Grant was a brilliant strategist.) So we have a thoroughgoing amateur at the helm babbling about himself mostly and nobody can talk sense to him.

His foray into Iran is a pertinent example of his dilettantish disdain for the analytical rigor comprehensive planning requires for defined success. Iran’s nuclear and conventional missile programs in addition to its drone programs, terrorist proxies and stated aims of murdering those who do not share its views are the rationale for targeting Iran’s military assets and treating it as a belligerent that seeks to govern and bring harm to people far beyond its borders. But there is no rationale for Trump to retreat and leave the strait of Hormuz in Iranian hands for that would leave them in a position to continue extorting the world. Nor putting the onus for reopening the strait on NATO. That would be making NATO responsible for actions they had no part in.

Thus our ideological slattern’s failure to cut off the “intelligence pipeline between Russia and the IRGC” (Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps) is more evidence of his incompetence if not his abject fear of Putin that increasingly suggests complicity. While the decapitation of senior Iranian leadership was successful “the Islamic Republic’s political system closed ranks quickly” and overall the “IRGC has emerged as the dominant force within the state apparatus.”

As an institution it is unshaken, entirely capable of reconstituting itself and has demonstrated an undeterred resolve to fight. Trump “has also missed an opportunity to exploit the structural divide between the Revolutionary Guards and the conventional armed forces of Iran, known as Artesh.” “For some time, Artesh has played second fiddle to the guards.” The “institutional gap between these two forces” could be to our advantage if properly addressed.

Also, the “campaign lacks a coherent architecture of political warfare...has yet to cultivate an organized opposition...has not cultivated a counter-value deterrence posture...to impose reciprocal costs on an adversary” and furthermore, whereas the military effort has been exquisite Trump appears to be following his pattern of braying like an ass when declaring victory in relativistic terms. So if he calls it good then it is and if he says there has been regime change then the lie is to be accepted as true. (The previous four paragraphs were drawn mostly from The Hudson Institutes Can Kasapoglu’s Toward a Theory of Victory for the War in Iran, March 16, 2026)

A failing capacity for the rigors of the presidency may explain Trump quickening his every effort with all possible often irresponsible haste. In addition, the people trying to make sense of his countervailing assertions are left to wonder how he expects to maintain his credibility. Meanwhile the press is ignoring what may be the stories of the century. The United States are insolvent, bankrupt, and the story hasn’t made it to any of the networks. Followed by the Supreme Court sounding as if birthright citizenship is constitutionally legitimate. No matter the authors intent or the plain language of the 14th Amendment. The courts do not get to make the law say what they want it to but that never stopped them before because there are no consequences.

Maybe we ought to make some. The amendment (or amendments) to limit federal spending and begin to repay the national debt would be the best place to start. Followed by a mechanism to redress campaign financing and something to make judges accountable for their blatant rewriting of the Constitution.

Except Trump is otherwise occupied with his greatness. First he declared Iran’s nuclear program was dead, shortly after that he said it was two weeks away from having a nuke. And he really believes that in a fit of childlike pique he can tear down everything that has been accomplished by the mutual consent of his betters. If he were to take us out of NATO it wouldn’t be long after he left office that that breach would be repaired (assuming Congressional cooperation). Prior to that, back channels would probably make it clear that the decision would not stand. Donald Trump—who seems to think he is a western emperor—would not get away with subverting the west.

Trump is quite the thug when going up against the defenseless. The women and children enslaved in Texas may even stir him where nothing has stirred in a long time. And the thought of deporting the Swartos to certain death might have him shuddering with delight. For any one of them could hire an attorney and eventually put him in prison.

All the same, while he has been operating in the imaginary world of his omniscience the FBI steered events their way. The Bureau played the instigator to incite a major aerospace company against me. Hopefully nothing will come of it but it’s in FBI records. Which indicates that they are extremely confident of their ability to suppress any knowledge of the company’s active hostility and its matter of course means to murder people.

My family is not particularly this or that. Determined in the forge of adversity resolute in purpose we hope for a modicum of justice. We have neither cowered before the illegal threats that have been made against us nor practiced the self-indulgent theatrics of mere posers. We are not fearless nor cowards but Americans who understand resolve. So we move forward constant in the quest for our freedom from this color of law fraud—by definition perpetrated by criminals.

On the other hand we have the Trump’s. Whose corpulent patriarch has flooded the nation with the stink of his lies and cowardice. Everything has caught up with him. Where to run is the fear that never leaves him. For he is stuck, there’s nowhere to turn. The Trump name stands for weakness and anxious days unkept by strength. Leaving the Swartos stuck waiting for them to gather a courage that will never come.

One day the Jews were making prostitutes out of the nations children like any other criminal organization. Protected by government like any other, they were secure in their maleficence. But thanks to the arrogance of government in prosecuting a despicable color of law investigation and then recruiting the underworld against the objects of that investigation it and organized criminals in general have been exposed as allies benefiting from their mutual complicity. Each is more. More powerful, more threatening, more lethal than either of them could have been by themselves. That synergy makes government operators and networked criminals partners in a sort of civil war against defenseless American citizens and their children. In this government is the winner. Allying itself with criminals minimizes the threat of retaliation. For example, when Jeffrey Epstein was being supposedly investigated for sex crimes against women and children federal authorities did not bother to search his residence in New Mexico where on occasion he allegedly fed his sexual appetites. The more we know about the Epstein case the more it reveals government to be a co-conspirator.

And the payoffs continue. When Paul Volcker was made Fed Chairman everyone knew that battling inflation would be extremely unpopular. Yet Volcker withstood every attack and defeated inflation. Now that the acceptance of inflation has become part of Fed doctrine enduring subversives malevolence is no longer an issue and the occasion is opportune for the tender ascendancy of Kevin Warsh. The political class, including Republicans, have welcomed him. What somnolent produces the peace of their sleep filled nights is unknown. Moreover, Warsh has been known to put aside his judgment for what appears to be the sake of of Jewish tribal unity on the Fed. Making him not a strong leader but a malleable fellow conspirator. Nevertheless, in barracks language Trump wants a new love sock; and it’s going to be Kevin Warsh.

The founders created checks and balances to thwart mans darker nature. Government having largely sided with criminals and subversives the rare thing standing between pimps and their day to day business is the threat of retaliation for inadvertently threatening people who can fight back. Therefore the relatively powerless, having no friend in government and no other licit way to defend themselves become the majority of Americans, reduced to prey that will be jailed if they fight back.

Jews and the rest of organized crime can be likened to those that cemented the abuse of native Americans and blacks into culture by depriving them of their self-respect with the backing of government. Indeed this is still done but now includes women and children as objectified commercial products. An added difficulty is that all of these groups even when not an outright part of government use their influence with it for nefarious ends. Though being front and center for bad behavior can draw unwanted attention to that influence. This complicates things.

Jews and homosexuals in government present and past and throughout the underworld are in and have been in league with presidents past and present to pursue sinister plots against the Swartos. This has produced a stark contrast of the laws standing; when the powerful come into conflict with those who are not there is no law. Former abuses are merely imposed on new targets, so “The past is never dead. It’s not even past.” –Faulkner

(For further evidence of governments attitude towards power consider its accommodating posture towards Ghislaine Maxwell. Instead of being housed in a prison appropriate to the gravity of her crimes she, not long after meeting with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche, was transferred to a minimum security facility in Texas where she is allowed to meet privately with visitors who need not identify themselves, have her meals delivered, and can recreate into the night. Which means she can hook up with girlfriends. (She was Jeffrey Epstein’s beard and perhaps business partner, not his lover. He was a gay guy with a psychopaths thing for little girls.) So she can live a relatively comfortable life, weave her plots in secret, dine in a manner that suits her station, and have plenty of sex. That’s justice for the elite.)

The only certainty to come of these misbegotten adventures in lawlessness is that any moral framework the country once possessed is in exigent need of repair. The Democrats will object to the mention of morals but somebody’s always arguing for their idea of right and wrong. Even dualism’s bad power was by its lights presumably moral. Nonetheless, good is not necessarily what you like but what you ought to prefer.

Postscript

It has been said that Donald Trump is working on his legacy by going after Greenland. But that legacy cannot but be diminished not only by his obnoxious behavior threatening the lives of allies, but his poor judgment in hiring a gay man who for a bag of money would consummate the bargain by becoming a private agent while publicly employed. That being Tom Homan who is apparently immune to the law thanks to being gay and having a close personal friend in the president, who because he called off the DOJ is now his accomplice. (Trump should really start sleeping with his wife). Trump’s gay affections are well known. He’s hired a lot of them to run the country. The degree of penetration throughout the public sector is unknown but it probably compares favorably with FOX sports and news, where some of its broadcast teams and news contributors and panels are gay, enough to ape the entertainment industry’s controlling bias, where more gays more better seems to be the level of sophistication that issues marching orders. Which will not insure the best trained minds are running the country. In fact it has secretly weighted the country towards a Marxist domination. Where the state’s views predominate.

The millions of people that have died powerless over their own lives and the unbridled abuse of totalitarian power ought to disabuse us of following that course. Yet Marxists in this country have been allowed to discreetly exploit all our shortcomings—many of which could be alleviated—to resurrect the notion of making the state the supreme, unaccountable will in our lives. It is not as hard as it sounds and it is farther along than popularly perceived.

Reinforced as Marxist thought is by ignorance thus “taught” by American education, nonetheless, “It had to be justified, reframed as a protective measure—necessary for public order, for social harmony, for the safety of children. History had shown that the public rarely resists when restrictions are presented as safeguards. People will surrender almost anything if they are told it is for their own good. And so they did.

The public did not protest because they did not perceive the loss. What is taken slowly, invisibly, is rarely mourned. By the time the absence is felt, the language to describe it has already been censored.

What remained was a carefully managed narrative—one that served not the public, but the authority itself. Safety became the justification; control, the objective. And those who might have spoken out found that the space to do so had quietly, efficiently, and irrevocably disappeared. –George Orwell (JamesHarvey@JamesHarvey2503)

The lack of accountability accounts for the Swartos being made into targets of the state, and entirely excluded from the institution of law. Allowing the state to exercise its will on us as it likes. Thus it publicizes bad information to disperse unfounded accusations turned into vicious rumors far and wide of heinous crimes to prejudice the public. Having suffered that abuse let me elaborate. First they seeded one James with the story of my fictitious criminality, then being the husband of one Missy (a YMCA trainer) he told her and then the authorities told me. Between the three of them they have maligned me to who knows how many people—since then the story has spread to at least two other people. Just as planned. In Montana there is less trouble in running a very public bar as a front for prostituting some very young girls.

Corruption seems to be the order of our day. The Supreme Court is dominated by Catholics and the FED chair is dominated by Jews. The nomination of Kevin Warsh continues that supremacy. Warsh has been highly praised but considering the size of the pool to be drawn from it would seem there must be others who could do the job at least as well if not better, perhaps much better. But we will never know because they are not Jewish. Nor will we ever know how many payoffs in brown paper bags, how many murders and some very young prostitutes, it requires of both factions to hold such power. For the authorities will never ask and the conspirators will never tell. We are not allowed to inquire of the obvious. That being the corruption in plain sight.

Caligula effectively dismantled Roman government and made himself a tyrant by hanging his proclamations so high its citizens could not read thus obey them. Meaning they could not defend themselves with nor appeal to the law but only to the Emperor. Likewise American government is dismantling and re-forming itself, making unknown and inaccessible laws that leave citizens at its mercy. Establishing new norms of government injustice and corruption that identifies it as another tyrant. And when violations are cosmetically adjudicated the Courts will paint themselves its courtesan. American government has followed Caligula’s example to make the citizenry subject to arbitrary authority.

This is how a nation of laws becomes a nation of men who hold power. When the law is held in such contempt however the only recourse is for the force of authority to prop itself up with momentary relativistic assertions of right—their opinions. Which are especially suited to authoritarian aims. Such as in Minnesota where the governor and mayor of Minneapolis have incited protesters to combat federal authority and thereby induce them to leave the field to Minnesota’s Marxist aspirations.

Thanks to the efficacy of American education the protesters do not realize that tearing down the law exposes them to whatever force is powerful enough to fill the void. Marxists would fortunately fill it with the states authority. So the next time protesters want to protest there will be no law to protect them. Hence useful idiots become agents of a political demise that formerly protected them from the states unguarded authority.

This is what they are fighting for, the states right to dominate and monitor every step of their lives. Legitimating the technological surveillance that can dog citizens ever moment and that they sometimes pay for when they buy technology with built in surveillance; in addition, social credit scores, and the states abrogation of the law to plant criminal evidence and devastate reputations with rumors deliberately spread for that reason. Leaving no breaks on the governments descent into the international lefts sucking maelstrom.

Postscript

Distinguishing ones humanity in others is not always a human concern. If it was the polity would not have allowed the Swartos to be treated as less than citizens according to laws conditions invalidated from the beginning. Therefore, after what is approaching 40 years of suffering governments despicable abuse it still has no indictment. Probably hasn’t even taken it to a grand jury for fear of being rejected and exposed as criminals. Star Chamber secrecy makes it impossible to know. Either way using the law to conceal its perpetrators guilt by forbidding the disclosure of an ongoing (illegal) investigation is mere gamesmanship. Even so, I will indulge myself with a hopeless demand. Take your complaint to a grand jury if you haven’t already and if you have then accept its judgment and submit to the law. Every day added is another in governments ongoing complicity and by time the theft of our very lives! Let us free!

The courts role in this matter is not clear. Specifically the facts of the case to which the governments complaint addresses itself. If the courts were duly apprised of all the facts it would be apparent to any judge that the “investigation” was illegally started for other than legal reasons and that when government initially came up short in having me killed simply drew out the investigation. Additionally, I have been making so much noise, so to speak, with my writing that any judge who denies knowledge of this government charade is too dull to be on the bench, the rest are complicit. In these circumstances the court is a criminal accessory and warrants issued to surveil and hurt us illegitimate. As time passed and venues changed the few courts that have not already been “liberalized” may have been intimidated by the government to continue supporting this exercise in state terrorism. This is not improbable, for the government that yielded to terrorism against the Swartos will countenance that same threat being wielded against judges (or anybody else) who would intervene on our behalf. Whereas those judges of the left are likely willing participants. It is highly probable for these reasons that no court has ever obstructed the governments behavior in this case. And from where the nascent civil war draws its increasing strength. The level of institutional corruption in the system has reached self-sustaining levels. The people who formerly held the deed to government have been disseized and the law turned against them.

This has negative implications for nationhood. National identity rooted in just sentiments that support our principles—liberty and the intrinsic equality of human beings being foremost—are the life blood of our republic. While such sentiments may not be shared unanimously their pervading presence identifies us as one people. When this emotional aspect of the voluntary society ceases so do just supports for western values and American principles that cohered a heterogeneous people into one nation.

Because of our human nature conservatives view the world as in need of “constant renewal according to timeless truths and rich traditions,” many of our leaders see it as “in need of re-ordering according to master plans devised by enlightened experts,” (Margaret Thatcher)

Marxists would throw out those transcendent truths and traditions that have stood the test of time and replace them with obedience to “the party” that atomizes individual minds into a congealed conformity with its every ukase. For it is their ambition to abolish the Christian God. And make the very thought of god verboten:

It was Dostoevsky who drew from the French Revolution and its seething hatred for the Church the lesson that ‘revolution must necessarily begin with atheism.’ But the world had never before known a godlessness as organized, militarized, and tenaciously malevolent as that preached by Marxism. Within the philosophical system of Marx and Lenin and at the heart of their psychology, hatred of God is the principal driving force, more fundamental than all their political and economic pretensions. Militant atheism is not merely incidental or marginal to communist policy; it is not a side effect, but the central pivot. To achieve its diabolic ends, communism needs to control a population devoid of religious and national feeling, and this entails a destruction of faith and nationhood. Communists proclaim both of these objectives openly, and just as openly put them into practice.” –Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn (Taken from a Nancy Pearsey tweet)

On the other hand, “America is...the place...where the Christian religion has kept the greatest real power over men’s souls; and nothing better demonstrates how useful and natural it is to man, since the country where it exercises the greatest influence is at the same time the most enlightened and the most free.” –Alexis de Tocqueville, Democracy in America (ibid)

Enmity for Christianity is inimical to liberty. Besides the fact that Christianity was and is a voluntary part of a cohering national identity governments teleology is to see to the good of the people. Thus the first amendment prohibited a national religion and guaranteed the free exercise thereof. This continued to define individual liberty and with it the freedom to aspire to transcendent standards of justice. Marxists—fascists, communists, socialists, totalitarians—believe that the truth can be whatever one wants it to be and can be forced on people according to the desire of the state. In this way the state becomes the creator of truth and values. This is as absurd as Dualism’s bad power defending its perversion of good—to make good serve bad ends. Yet most people know the difference between right and wrong and though they may be downtrodden and subjugated to a state that would reduce them to cogs in its soulless machine that doesn’t go away.

If terrorism is defined by intimidation and violence against institutions and populations when military action is not feasible then the world is full of terrorists. Unruly protests in Minneapolis Minnesota have resurrected memories of Kent State, where the guardsmen were eventually acquitted. In Minnesota however recriminations are traded daily and both sides believe they are right. ICE meanwhile is overworked and underappreciated even called terrorists, but that is hyperbole. The real terrorists are the ones who, ever since George Floyd died of police negligence, have cleverly upped the temperature of their civil war by allowing more than 10 million illegal immigrants to storm the country, coupled with the millions of illegals already living here that may be a politically insurmountable number of people to be removed, for more often than not when persons here illegally and legally—who become illegal when they ignore agreed to legal procedures—flout the law government, unless dragged into it, refuses to enforce the law in a timely manner, leaving ICE to play the bad guy with, moreover, no clear idea of who is who. The protesters are just useful idiots, polezni durak, who have bought into the Marxist propaganda—law’s bad, any attempt to enforce it is worse, and ten million or more people sashaying into the country from the worlds nations illegally, in addition to the millions of others already here,* makes perfect sense—if you’re a libertarian anarchist. That’s how they justify the bumptious protests, name calling, and threats of violence. People get tired, ICE got tired. The protesters seem energized even festive, it’s all fun and games. Until it’s not.

*Good estimates for the number of illegals in this country—from all countries—are hard to come by. We do know that according to one Hispanic actor around 20% of the U.S. population is Hispanic and because of that he has proposed and advocates that the country owes them 20% of everything it has—while others hold that there is an unrestricted “right” for people south of the border to immigrate to the United States. Not a logical premise nor proposition, but still held by some.

Law is meant to bring order. Societies protect themselves with it. Remove its authority and you are left with chaos and the rule of entitled progressive protesters who represent a Marxist point of view that would supersede individuals with a collective made up of replaceable parts. Making life cheap and human beings enslaved to the central government which will now tell you what the group thinks, therefore what you will think. That is the lefts side.

On the right side stands law enforcement that would conserve order by law. But sometimes its political masters can misuse its authority. Hence laws that legalize lethal force on civilians who do not appear to fit the stereotypical description of hardened criminals can play into the hands of Marxist propagandists who will exacerbate ill will for law enforcement. For example, after she was confronted one woman was shot for attempting to drive away from police. A bad decision, preceded by another when the shooting officer tactically positioned himself near the front of her vehicle so as not to be run over but nevertheless struck. She tried to turn away from him to the right and he shot her—a number of times. In spite of being struck he easily walked away from it. The service forced him out tacitly acknowledging he made a costly mistake. He didn’t have to position himself near the vehicle thereby triggering the use of lethal force that was completely out of proportion to the nature of her original offense. Coupled with fatigue and stress, and perhaps residual anger, lapses in judgment can more readily occur and bring one to the line that separates the honorable from dishonorable intent that would be illegal but for the politics. Should that occur it will be cheered on by the lawless ignoble who will be happy to see the rest of the people they contend with shamed when the offense seemingly does not rise to the level of punishment administered. This can be reused on the innocent.

Police take orders. If their orders are to confront someone who has had the misfortune to unknowingly become a non-lethal threat to government they will. When that results in unknowing surprise officers, identified as such or not, are still licensed by government to use lethal force. In this way persons like Trump, who avoided Vietnam for fear of losing his life, can put others at risk while sitting on the sidelines safe and giddy with the anticipation of his enemies deaths.

The probability of which may be furthered by holding 12,000 new officers—hired in less than a year thanks to $50,000 hiring bonuses—to lower hiring standards, then holding them to lower training standards so to rush them into service. (Taken from George Will’s comments on News Nation, 1/11/2026) Though from experience it is clear that going city by city, state by state is not a long term solution. Nor the militarization of the country. Assuming—with lots of salt—that privileging some lawbreakers over others is not governments goal Congress needs to produce coherent immigration policy in spite of Democrats who favor a Marxist world view of immigration that would make reform practically impossible.

Accept that premise and the question becomes one of appropriately doing it anyway—re-forming our views to save the west. On this topic Gad Saad has some thoughts worth thinking. “In order for the west to win this civilizational battle it must 1. Proudly and unequivocably defend western values. 2. Reject cultural relativism and the unicornia vision of multiculturalism. 3. Recommit to individual over the celebration of collective identity politics. 4. Recognize that all cultures are not equal. 5. Recognize that all religious beliefs are not equally consistent with western values. 6. Recognize that all immigrants are not equally likely to assimilate and adopt western values. 7. Recognize that immigrants that espouse intolerable values that seek to destroy our civilization will be deported en masse. 8. Implement a rational immigration policy that recognizes the importance of cultural homophily. Which is basically the idea of choosing immigrants who hail from cultures that possess similar values to those of host nations. 9. Exhibit zero tolerance for seditious belief systems. Such systems can be criminalized if they constitute an existential threat to our freedoms and liberties.

That last requires qualifying. Sedition is not always bad. Witness the American Revolution that produced the greatest nation on earth juxtaposed with Muhammadian Islam that John Quincy Adams briefly elucidated as the counterpoint to Christianity and you see the difference:

In the seventh century of the Christian era, a wandering Arab of the lineage of Hagar, the Egyptian, combining the powers of transcendent genius, with the preternatural energy of a fanatic, and the fraudulent spirit of an impostor, proclaimed himself as a messenger from Heaven, and spread desolation and delusion over an extensive portion of the earth. Adopting from the sublime conception of the Mosaic law, the doctrine of one omnipotent God; he connected indissolubly with it, the audacious falsehood, that he was himself his prophet and apostle. Adopting from the new revelation of Jesus, the faith and hope of immortal life, and of future retribution, he humbled it to the dust, by adapting all the rewards and sanctions of his religion to the gratification of the sexual passion. He poisoned the sources of human felicity at the fountain, by degrading the condition of the female sex, and the allowance of polygamy; and he declared undistinguishing and exterminating war, as a part of his religion, against all the rest of mankind. THE ESSENCE OF HIS DOCTRINE WAS VIOLENCE AND LUST. TO EXALT THE BRUTAL OVER THE SPIRITUAL PART OF HUMAN NATURE.” And to repeat, like false prophets everywhere, even of those faiths that purport to be Christian, he made it all up. (Ryan S. Walters, @ryanswalters73, 12/17/2025)

Freedom and liberties can be taken to extremes. Some libertarian economists would disagree on issues of drugs and prostitution but only because they have fallen in love with theories that when applied to reality do not work. For example, economists might say that when two parties agree to a transaction both benefit. But regarding decriminalized or legalized drugs and prostitution there are a world of negative consequences that people will bear and that the community will share in and be forced to deal with.

Marketing drugs is to market addiction, decriminalization has the same result. Encouraging drug use to become ingrained and spread the pain to all facets of culture. Given the inventiveness of chemists and the greed of their masters an abundance of opportunities and costs of addiction would fill store shelves and the “institution” would become perhaps too big to fail. Or too big to disestablish. Either way society would get the bill in deaths, disabilities, crime, high insurance and medical costs and the grief of lives diminished and futures lost to imprudence, while the instigators make a lot of money from a racket that almost runs itself. At the same time parents will justify themselves to their children, habituating them just as some now do with gambling. One definition of gamblers is losers, by sanctioning drug use the nation would join them.

(*Kevin Sabet has written a book, Smokescreen, that makes some of the same points and—in my words—exposes arguments for marijuana’s legalization as dangerous and full of misrepresentations that result in no good except to allow politicians to perhaps gain favor with potential donors and fill investors pockets with money, no matter who gets hurt.)

This is not a moral argument against gambling but against encouraging immoral excess that ruins individuals and communities so others can extract profit. Some will object that people ought to be free to make their choices. Sounds good in theory but in practice society’s youth whose minds as to risk assessment are not fully developed until their mid 20’s will be at risk when maturing in the womb of a society that surrounds its members with high risk opportunities to blemish their “social credit scores” for life and reduce their opportunities for good lives. That includes sequestering them away from many jobs for which good judgment and unclouded minds are critical. Creating an untouchable class.

Prostitution, legal or decriminalized, inhabits the mind with indelible memories that scar them for life. Breaking the mind to a nightmarish hopelessness and making genuine intimacy nearly impossible. At the cost of their dignity, prostitution, legal or not, serves business interests while establishing the individual as a disposable asset to be written down or depreciated by time. In other words, the assets value decreases with time and use. All this is self-evident when so many prostitutes brief lives end in death. And no matter the denials, just as now, whether of legal age or not, targets will be acquired and technology deployed to ensure supply, girls who will never know they didn’t have a chance, that monied terrorists predetermined their lives as slaves by governments consent. For to have a fully compliant prostitute requires a degrading enculturation, starting the sooner the better, childhood is no deterrent. During this time she can be desensitized to the ugliness of what she does by incremental steps that will slowly draw her into a life from which there is no escape and end with her readiness to fully service depravity that mandates her debasement. If all this sounds inhuman that’s because it is. When some human beings treat other human beings as property both of them and the society they inhabit are the worse for it.

In this government is the great enabler keeping secrets for the powerful to keep the political class safe. There is always more than one one-sided civil war battle taking place and no politician or institution willing to sound alarms for self-defense. The president is resolute in if not publicly defending the status quo keeping his mouth shut on its evils. Unlike his careless claims to settling eight wars domestic terrorism would require sustained energy and a focused attention sustained by a magnanimity of character the president does not constitutionally possess. Rather he seems intent on acquiring as many invented honors and trinkets of office as he can get while subverting world order. Thus the country is treated to the Trump version of cow pie bingo. One never knows where the president will go next. But because he has we know he will.

Trump appears to be in a psychological nose dive, aka, the runs. Attacking and alienating allies with tariffs for opposing his position on Greenland, imitating Putin by threatening military action against them and blaming Norway for the private Nobel Committee’s not awarding him the peace prize when he sent Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store a pitifully juvenile text complaining about being overlooked for the Nobel.

Considering your Country decided not to give me the Nobel Peace Prize...I no longer feel an obligation to think purely of Peace, although it will always be predominant, but can now think about what is good and proper for the United States of America.” Trump also said that only a “Complete and Total Control of Greenland” by the U.S. could secure the world. (https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2026/01/19/trump-letter-norway-nobel-peace-greenland/88251326007/)

It appears that the world is at risk of Donald Trump. He just admitted that his emphasis on peace was a political design meant to garnish him with the medal and came close to threatening war as a consequence of not getting it. Those are the words of insanity, only such could countenance his pretextual scheme to aggrandize himself at the expense of national security. The good of which he now claims he will put first by pursing a Utopian world peace—when he’s not carrying through on his threat of war—over which his benevolence will reign as El Numero uno on the Board of Peace. Given his less than lucid remarks the president at least requires help ordering his thoughts. (Personally, I think he’s as crazy as an outhouse rat.)

I am not sorry for having criticized Donald Trump with all possible vehemence. Trump has taken some worthy positions for some unworthy reasons. Namely, self-interested scheming to run up his political stock. He looks good in the public eye but when the public’s not looking he can be as treacherous as the next traitor. Events speak for themselves, he has plotted my death, protected those who would have made my child a sex slave, and stood by while my family members die one at a time because he does not have the courage to confront the FBI, hoping that maybe all memory of the covert generational wrongs that preceded us can be covered up. He fawns over dictators and tyrants that mirror his deeds. He likes to make noise and noisy events, and cruel amusements. Using law enforcement to exploit children seems to please him. Separating them from their families and sending them to who knows where, a la Joe Biden, maybe more. While refusing to raise one dainty finger to protect them as Texas has found.

Deescalation is not his style. Materialized in the escalation of events in Minneapolis by sending combat outfitted ICE agents to protests that might not have turned into riots if as a former police chief observed they had been met with relatively benign regular police while holding the former in reserve out of sight and mind of the protesters. In Iran he promised protesters help that never came and got them killed in a cynical ploy to use the protesters as cannon fodder in his multifaceted conflict with the regime. The complexity of which he is probably unaware nor does he care. This is in character.

The last thing he wants to do is take on Putin which might be less consuming than Iran since Russia would probably take care of regime change itself, while a multitude of inherent Iranian complications would probably, at the very least, make any conflict much more time-intensive. So he’s busied himself creating a world of activity, propositions, and programs to distract from the Ukrainian tragedy and its implications for the west. Thus Greenland and NATO become more bad guys in his narrative while Putin who invaded Ukraine for no good reason and has never made a single concession to peace is invited to sit on Trumps Peace Board.

Trump pretends to be a lion strutting and roaring but has the lineaments of a sheep. No bite, just lots of bleat. More suited to pirouetting on the public stage with the isolationists he finds congenial than the company of the strong and courageous. Trump wants total control just as those he admires, to please himself. He punches down from his aerie of authority established by those he thinks not of emulating but of overcoming their legacy with his unfettered authority. To do publicly what could have been done privately and more effectively. His negotiating style evidently requires the public humiliation of his diplomatic interlocutors. Embarrassing them for all the world to see with maximalist demands that have gone so far as to threaten to kill allies. And in the end the United States will get what Greenland already gave, complete cooperation.

The surface has been scratched and revealed Trump to be something other than the patriot he claims. The United States is a western nation. Trump would make it into an autocracy in the image of China and Russia. Disgracing himself, the country, his lineage, and his immediate family by betraying the country’s legacy. He is a traitor, and his achievements are not superior to everyone and every accomplishment that came before him.

Meanwhile Trump claims he is running Venezuela. Yet the brothels are still open and people are being arrested and persecuted for what we would consider free speech violations. Making him a cheap imitation of a Putinesque authoritarian and a creature of the inhuman left. Yet putting one thing beyond him. The suppression of the fact that he has taken sides against the west, and moreover Ukraine by not supporting and allowing that country to defend itself with all vigor. Ostensibly he seeks peace but in Ukraine’s case the way to peace is probably through war. Putin declared war for no rational reason on neighboring Ukraine and has been raping and murdering ever since. Providing every reason Ukraine should be allowed to make war on Russia in self-defense.

Trump has lately been laying further plans for my demise following the falsifiable theory that might makes right. I subscribe to the theory that in these circumstances one must be able to take the first punch.

Time will tell, still it is something Trump doesn’t have in unlimited supply. He has less than three years left in office and he’s out. No more whining, no more riots. Out. And naked. No more authority to dictate. As the rest of his term evaporates he becomes progressively weaker, for he has less time to exert power. Eventually leaving him out in the cold minus the power of office. Also, he’s threatened a lot of people and made a lot of enemies. The only “friends” he may have left are Putin and Xi; and they will probably move on to the next dupe. Thus a fat old man, naked and afraid, will have the tables turned on him.
